For us, JC Welton Construction is all about “the Team.”  With Kelly running the office, Jack as the field
commander, Rich overseeing the subcontractors and Chris handling day-to-day on the ground issues, we
could not be more pleased with and impressed by “Team Welton.”  The collaboration with our architects
was flawless and produced anend product beyond our expectations.  The quality of the workmanship is
second to none, and the oversight of the subcontractors was excellent.  No issue was too small to warrant

          On time, and within budget, and with a full explanation of the reasons for and the costs of change
